All Out 2025
AEW Women’s World Championship
4 Way
Jamie Hayter versus Kris Statlander versus Thekla versus Timeless Toni Storm (c)

Kris Statlander has a problem.

Here she is, in her first AEW Women’s World Championship title shot since All Out 2021. In that match she lost to Britt Baker. Where’s Britt Baker? Pay attention.

Statlander hasn’t had a single shot since 2021 because she instead made her focus the TBS Championship, which she beat Jade Cargill for at Double or Nothing 2023. Where’s Jade Cargill? Pay attention.

Kris spent 2024 unable to get the title back and losing the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament in a semi final to Willow Nightingale. She got two shots for the TBS Championship against Mercedes Moné and lost both. She entered 2025 getting a spot in the Casino Gauntlet which was won by Timeless Toni Storm, who would go on to win the AEW Women’s World Championship. Kris would try the Owen Hart again but this time lost to Jamie Hayter. Another Casino Gauntlet and another loss.

This is now all in the past. Kris Statlander, who has been hanging out with Harley Cameron and still refusing to make amends with Willow, finds herself getting her first crack at the belt in four years. And yet… her focus might be on the Death Riders.

Wheeler Yuta has been constantly trying to be a presence in Kris’ life, and her confrontations with Jon Moxley has been like a devil on her shoulder. What’s the interest in Statlander? And what will it mean for this match on Saturday?

Meanwhile you have Jamie Hayter, who had been gone since losing the Owen Hart Foundation 2025 Final to Mercedes Moné. Hayter hasn’t received a shot since losing the AEW Women’s World Championship in 2023 to the current champion Toni Storm. Hayter’s health has been a constant problem but she looks good right now.

While Hayter and Statlander have history with the champion? Thekla is a new ingredient to the mix. Having just joined AEW in June, Thekla has built a rivalry with the woman she beat in her first match in Queen Aminata, and established a friendship with Skye Blue and Julia Hart to form the Triangle of Madness. AEW has been missing that particular geometry since the Death Triangle disbanded last year.

Thekla is an angry ball of chaos and plans to be the wildcard of a match like this.

And finally… what about the champion?

Timeless Toni Storm has done it all. She’s one of the biggest stars in the company. Beloved all over the world. The greatest character going today in professional wrestling.

Where is there left to go for her? She has beaten the TBS Champion and the ROH Women’s World Champion. Now she faces three contenders, two of which she has history with, and one she can’t get off her back, ready to puncture her skin and inject venom the first chance she gets.

Things do not look good for Timeless, but maybe this is just another situation for her to rise up above.
