Forbidden Door 2025
TNT Championship Four Way
Alex Windsor versus Persephone versus Bozilla versus Mercedes Moné (c)

I wanted Sareee.
Yes, I know, I know. Stardom had their 5STAR Grand Prix and it was only yesterday that Sareee got eliminated by Momo Watanabe. But it was also yesterday that Bozilla got eliminated by Suzu Suzuki, and they announced Bozilla for this match.
Instead of doing a four way, we could have just patiently waited for the New Japan Pro Wrestling Women’s Champion to get eliminated and then tell Mercedes Moné to come try and get her title back. Would have given us the best women’s wrestling match of the year potentially.
But this Forbidden Door is not about me getting what I want. Trust me, ain’t a lot of matches here I would have booked. That’s not to say it’ll be a bad show. Just not the show I thought it could become.
That all said, all my pouting, this is a fine four way to run. Persephone was excellent at ROH Supercard of Honor and showed she can have chemistry against anyone without much work to get there. Alex Windsor is the local flavour, allowing the London crowd to shout, “WINDSAAAAAA!” when she comes out. As a Canadian, living in Windsor, I can tell you that our London would never shout Windsor unless it was an answer to the question, “Where should the bomb drop?” Anyway.
The addition of Bozilla is intriguing. Only 21 years old, still pretty knew to the business with only three years of experience, with impressive size and strength (some of her training was done here in Windsor, Ontario, Canada with Scott D’Amore at the Can-Am Wrestling School), she had a few good showings in Marigold in 2024 before moving to Stardom. She actually had a fun match back in April for Game Changer Wrestling against Megan Bayne.
Unless AEW decides to once again change a women’s title for the Londoner (they did it for Saraya and Mariah May so 2-2) there shouldn’t be much doubt in the outcome of this match. Persephone is probably the best choice for this, especially since Mercedes Moné has already worked Reyna Isis and Zeuxis. I don’t think Stardom is sending anywhere near close to their best, but I also think Bozilla will make a good impression.
Maybe in the future I can get my big dream match between Sareee and Mercedes Moné. For now it’ll just be what will hopefully be an enjoyable four way match.
