The Demand versus The Hurt Syndicate

At All Out Toronto, The Demand defeated The Hurt Syndicate in a trios match. I was looking forward for this to be the end.
Then they had a street fight last week which The Hurt Syndicate won this time. Okay, blowing off the feud with a weekly match I guess.
Nope. We need the rubber match!
Listen, I’m good with this. I think this is all gravy for Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona, who are getting a lot of credibility and valuable TV time facing Hurt Syndicate over and over. They did lose their AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunity against Brodido but now that the alliance with Ricochet has a name in The Demand? They are now an established trios team.
The Demand did lose (prior to name) a Trios Championship shot against The Opps back in August but I think these experiences against Hurt Syndicate should propel them to being one of the top teams to being able to take down Opps for those Trios Championships soon.
As for Hurt Syndicate? Having MVP wrestle so much isn’t the best idea. They need to get out of these Trios situations and either go solo (Bobby Lashley could be a force against Hangman Page, Shelton could be a good contender for Kyle Fletcher) or go back into the tag team division and work the likes of the Don Callis Family. DCF have the kind of size that Hurt Syndicate appreciates. They don’t want to face smaller guys. They want the big boys. Give them Lance Archer and Mark Davis. I’m sure they will appreciate it.
It’s a bit different to blow off a feud with just a regular match instead of the gimmick one, but I hope this is the last run of this program.
